Keep plugging in the ICU. It wasn't my cup of tea, but I learned TONS there that applies to my job now. Good ICU experience can get you almost anywhere in nursing. I love the ICU. LOVE. IT. I spent a year on the floors, a year in stepdown ICU, and this is month five or six in the ICU proper.
