I love the ICU. LOVE. IT. I spent a year on the floors, a year in stepdown ICU, and this is month five or six in the ICU proper. Once I’m here, I’m learning that it can just keep getting more complex. It’s good fun. Love it. I hope you will, too.

Sean, Not sure how I randomly found your blog, but have spent most of the evening reading it. Keep plugging in the ICU. It wasn’t my cup of tea, but I learned TONS there that applies to my job now. Good ICU experience can get you almost anywhere in nursing.
