It is well written an informative. You sound like a very intelligent and organized person. No doubt, your transition to superb critical care nurse will be smooth. I hope to soon be following your footsteps. I graduate in 3 weeks, hopefully take NCLEX in July and if I am lucky, will start working in a trauma center SICU straight outta school, if I'm lucky. The idea of basic med surge makes me nauseas. I know, I know, build orginization skills get the basics down but I think I've got them down. I WANT CRITICAL CARE BABY!
